First Tier Sports LLC operates First Tier Soccer. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app at first-tier-soccer.base44.app.
Our company website, firsttiersports.com, is a separate Wix website. Its hosting, cookies, forms, and other website features may involve additional information practices. This app policy does not describe those website practices or automatically apply to future apps.
Information We Collect
When you register using email and password, your account information is handled through Base44’s authentication system. Verification, password resets, and account invitations may involve account-related emails.
You may also sign in through Google or Apple. Those services may provide account information, such as your email address and name, according to your authorization and their settings.
The app stores account information, including your email address, name when available, account role, followed teams and competitions, notification preferences, and in-app notifications.
When you contribute, we store submitted scores, match details, comments, community updates, confirmations, disputes, corrections, and associated display names.
If you use the calendar feature, the app creates a private calendar-feed token.
The current app code does not include advertising trackers, a dedicated analytics or crash-reporting SDK, or requests for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library.
Base44’s hosting and authentication infrastructure may process technical information, such as IP addresses, session information, cookies, and service logs. Its platform-level practices are described in its own privacy documentation.

We use information to operate accounts, remember followed teams and competitions, display community contributions, provide notifications and calendar feeds, respond to requests, moderate comments, check reported scores and schedules, and maintain the app.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
Information Visible to Others
Signed-in users can see match comments, score reports, community updates, confirmations, and associated display names.
The app sanitizes email-like display names by removing the domain portion before display. The remaining name may still identify you. Avoid including private information about yourself or other people in public submissions.
Your follows, in-app notifications, and calendar token are restricted to you and authorized administrators. Administrators can access account information to operate the service.
Service Providers and Sharing
Base44, a Wix-owned platform, provides hosting, authentication, database services, and media storage.
The app uses AI services through Base44 integrations. Comment text may be submitted for moderation. Reported scores, team names, competition details, and fixture information may be submitted for verification or schedule checks. These requests may use web-search context.
If you subscribe to your private calendar feed, your calendar provider receives followed-match information, such as teams, times, and venues. Keep the feed URL private because it contains an access token.
The app creates in-app notifications and may attempt push delivery for relevant score events. Availability depends on the device and configured delivery services.
No advertising-network, social-media, or data-broker sharing integration was identified in the current app code.
Payments
The current app implementation does not provide checkout or subscription-payment functionality and does not collect payment-card details through an app payment flow. This policy will need updating if payment features are introduced.
Your Choices and Rights
Your Choices and Account Deletion
You can change followed teams and competitions and adjust notification preferences for individual follows.
You can request account deletion through Settings → Delete account. The current deletion process removes your account, follows, match comments, and score reports.
Community updates, community supports or confirmations, and in-app notification records are not currently removed by that process. Associated display names may remain in retained community records.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Rights and applicable exceptions vary by location.
Retention and Security
The app does not currently specify a fixed retention period for all record types. Platform backup retention and removal are governed by Base44’s applicable processes.
Authentication and access controls restrict access to account information and private records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
First Tier Soccer provides information about youth sports. Its current registration flow does not collect dates of birth, verify ages, or obtain parental consent.
If you believe a child has provided personal information that requires review or removal, contact us. Please avoid submitting children’s private contact details or other sensitive personal information in comments or score reports.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when relevant app features or information practices change. The latest version will show its revision date.
